grr,

i like facts.
-we all know there are 7 continents.
-we all know George Washington was the first president.
-we all know that water is wet.

so yeah, i like facts.
because there is proof to back them up.
if i have a question about how marbles are in this glass, we can find out.

i don't like not knowing.

i don't like having to just rely or believe in something.
my difficulties when it comes to faith, is not being able to see him.
i can't get straight answers from him.

and right now, i have many questions.
i don't like questions i cant get answers to right away.

i don't like having to believe that somehow God has it under control.

that having to move and leave the people who encourage me to continue in my faith,
having to move to a place that shoots down my faith,
is somehow for the better.

  1. We can't see the whole picture...if we did see the whole picture all this would make so much more sense...but we can be confident in our faith and our affirmation based on God's blessings in our lives.

Sometimes we put things between our relationship with God, and that hinders our growth with Him. We may think we are in the right direction, but we put up something there that serves as an idol. Something in our lives that we "worship" more than God. He will take that away. I am not sure if this is happening, and I wish I could help to answer all your questions. I can't even answer my own. I am waiting for God to give me answers that I pray for...but I take heart. In time, I will have the answers. I will see God's glory, and know Him more when I have those answers.

No matter where you move to, you know I'm just a phone call away. No matter what happens, you are still dear to my heart. I care about you so much Cassandra, and I pray for you almost every night. You have so many people that are so glad to have known you, and we won't forget you just because you aren't around. In our struggles, we need to lift God up more. Only He can carry us. Believe that. God can do anything. We can't prove it, but the Holy Spirit reveals that affirmation so you are firm in your faith. Look for what God is going to do in your life...because it's going to be amazing. I love you Cass.

  2. Also, did another song shuffle on my iPod...first 2 songs that came up:
Walk on the Water -Britt Nicole
    We Live -Superchick

Listen to them...prescribed by your personal music therapist.
Read Acts 12 and ponder the miraculous happenings that set Peter free. We serve the same God. He doesn't change.
